We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Spot and connect with PV installers who aren’t (yet!) our client's partners
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Complete 30+ field visits per month — make every one count!
- Run surveys, report insights, and share market feedback
- Lead product training sessions
- Gather leads, orders, and pass them to the distributor
- Promote Community Solar, encourage certified installer training
- Strategically evaluate each partner and plan next steps
- Represent us at events, conferences, and wherever PV people meet

Requirements:

- Knows the PV industry
- Has 2–3 years of sales experience
- Communicates like a pro (clear, confident, friendly)
- Can negotiate and close with ease
- Is driven by goals and doesn’t settle for “good enough”
- Speaks English fluently (min. B2)
- Has a category B driving license
- Lives in one of the listed voivodeships (Lubelskie, Podkarpackie, Małopolskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Pomorskie, Dolnośląskie, Łódzkie)
