Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
(Cyber CCO) Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with different stakeholders (including 2LoD, Control Owners, Control Design teams) to understand existing processes, their needs and to gather detailed requirements• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify overlaps, gaps, risks, and inefficiencies
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to align on process changes and improvement strategies.
• Design and document a new unified exceptions management process for all cybersecurity/ technology controls ensuring consistency across all business units and regions
• Create a detailed process documentation
Requirements:
•Risk and Controls Backgroundd• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and requirements gathering particularly in the context of IT and Risk Management.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity – at least a generalist level.
• Understanding of metrics and measures in managing risks and controls (KCIs, KRIs, KPIs).
• Technical writing skills and highly proficient use of written English and ability to translate difficult IT concepts into business-friendly language
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience of working at an operational level in international environments with variety of stakeholders
• Managing stakeholders including the Group CISO, Cybersecurity Leadership and staff, Chief Controls Office and 2LoD Resilience Risk teams
• Team-oriented mentality combined with ability to complete tasks independently to a high-quality standard
• Experience within fast-moving, complex, and demanding corporate environments where Cybersecurity controls issues must be handled on a large scale
