We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Private Equity Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing client relationships through direct interaction with both the client and management to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Ensure the assigned Private Equity team functions within a clearly defined and documented control framework.
- Supervise a team of up to four Private Equity accountants, supporting their continuous professional development.
- Address and resolve fund accounting inquiries escalated by the Administrator.

Requirements:

- A minimum of three years’ experience working in a hedge fund administration firm is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure and independently.
- Good initiative tempered with identifying when escalation is required.
- Strong systems, product, and process knowledge; IT literate.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to positively influence team morale.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior employees and share knowledge and information across the team.
