Business Analyst
Responsibilities:

The principal responsibility of the Business Analyst is to understand and decipher the business requirements on assigned projects (sometimes multiple assignments) across a range of Infrastructure Portfolios to a level of detail that they can be developed or deployed against.
What you will do:
• Working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project needs
• Building and managing relationships with stakeholders, confirming scope and aligning expectations
• Defining and mapping process flows (as-is and to-be), identifying gaps and designing the Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Leading requirements elicitation through workshops, impact assessments and close cooperation with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Development, Risk, Control)
• Writing and refining user stories in BDD format, supporting options analysis and data mapping activities
• Ensuring proper governance and securing approvals for requirements and implementation approaches
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing and analysing operational impact of solutions
You’ll also take the lead in:
• Developing and tailoring TOMs for Technology Resilience based on OpsRes framework
• Collaborating with IT teams and facilitating workshops to adjust models for specific user groups, regions and entities
• Engaging stakeholders to ensure model adoption, offering clear communication, training and documentation support
• Working with Control Owners to review and update control-related artifacts and tools
• Driving continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, proposing solutions and reporting progress to senior stakeholders
• Leading workshops and aligning business, risk and technical teams around refined requirements and improved control design
• Challenging outdated or inefficient controls and pushing for more effective processes
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Clear and adaptable communication style
• Stakeholder management across teams and regions
• Critical thinking and ability to challenge when needed
• Self-driven, quick to pick up new topics
• Great time management and ability to prioritize
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in Agile, DevOps and project lifecycles
• Familiarity with IT Risk, Controls, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Data domains (nice to have)
• Confident in both written and spoken communication
Tools & Experience:
• Solid experience with Agile and end-to-end project delivery
• Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence
• Process mapping, documentation, and (ideally) MS Visio
• IT service management certification (nice to have)
