We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

AI Tooling & Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders (cybersecurity, legal, AI risk forums, governance boards) to ensure compliance and secure necessary approvals
- Evaluate AI coding assistants for performance, compatibility, and integration within the organization’s tech environment
- Engage vendors, legal, and procurement teams to negotiate contracts and address IP-related risks tied to generative AI
- Leverage AI expertise to guide technical decisions and support effective tool selection and deployment
- Develop and execute communication plans to promote integration efforts and inform engineering teams about benefits and progress
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and iteratively improve the integration process
- Oversee technical setup, including plugin integration, authentication, and monitoring mechanisms
- Drive continuous improvement of integration and governance practices based on stakeholder input and industry best practices

Requirements:

- Proven experience in technical evaluation and integration of AI technologies, with a solid understanding of AI models and their practical applications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with vendors, procurement teams, and diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and legal considerations related to AI technology integration
- Exceptional project management skills to drive the implementation process, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to shape the integration process and communicate its business value
- Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector is a plus
